Frequently Asked Questions

What age group do you work with?

We work with children (6+), pre-teens, and teenagers. Each session is customised based on age, emotional maturity, and individual needs.

What issues do you help with?

We support academic stress, exam anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, friendship issues, confidence building, and parent–teen conflict. We also provide career guidance for older teens.

How long does therapy take?

Every child progresses at their own pace. Some need short-term support (6–8 sessions), while others benefit from longer guidance. We share progress updates regularly with parents.

Will I be involved in my child’s therapy?

Yes. Parents are an essential part of the therapeutic process. We involve caregivers through guided sessions so support continues at home.

Is counselling confidential?

Absolutely. Your child’s emotional safety and privacy are our top priority. Information is shared with parents only when necessary for the child’s wellbeing.

What if my teenager refuses counselling?

We start with rapport-building, gentle conversations, and choice-based participation. Teens usually open up once they feel safe, respected, and not judged.

Do you provide career guidance?

Yes. We use scientifically backed aptitude tools, personality mapping, and family counselling to help teenagers make informed, fulfilling academic and career choices.

How do I know if my child needs therapy?

Look for signs like emotional withdrawal, irritability, academic decline, low confidence, lack of motivation, friendship difficulties, or increased conflict at home.

A simple initial consultation can help you understand what your child needs.
